Shipping Information
Production & Handling Times
Please allow anywhere from 1 to 10 business days for Handling time for your item(s) to be shipped out unless specified otherwise on the product item's page. We usually ship all items on the next following day or within 2 business days; however this also depends on stock availability, busy periods and waiting for payments to clear. This excludes shipping times.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
All items are usually shipped via a Standard Shipping method unless you choose a different shipping method (if available).
For Domestic Shipping, please allow 3-10 business days for your item(s) to arrive. This is dependant on the item location as our workshops are based in different country locations. Apart from selling our own product line, we also sell products made by other manufacturers who we have partnered up with and made available on our store for sale. Therefore the the 'shipping from' location may differ depending on the items you purchase as they may be shipped from our own workshop locations or from our product partners' fulfilment centre. (See further information below in regards to 'Shipping From' locations)
In regards to International Standard Shipping methods, items are expected to arrive within 10-20 business days to major country destinations. Other countries with strict Custom regulations may take up to 30-45 business days or more.
Expedited Shipping
Express Shipping times usually average from 3-8 business days. Shipping costs are subject to change either on a daily or weekly basis. This is normally due to the weight and dimensions of the item(s), the shipping carrier used and country destination where the item(s) need to be delivered to.
If you require Expedited Shipping and don't see an option available at the checkout, please send us a message requesting a price quote and we will check this with the courier company for you.
Please note that the shipping times mentioned in this listing are an estimation only. Unexpected delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, natural disasters, Custom regulations and so on. As these issues all fall outside our control, we will still endeavour to help and answer any questions you may have.
Other possible delays may also occur due to Public holidays such as Christmas, Chinese New Year and other busy peak periods. This may result in your item in taking longer than usual to arrive. In this case, please add another 5-10 business days as the delay for these occasions to receive your item.
Tracking Information
In regards to tracking information, in most cases a tracking number or link is usually applied / updated on your order when the courier has shipped out your item. You may also receive a notification via email with your tracking number and link.
If you do not receive a tracking number, please email us so we can look into this for you as system glitches can sometimes occur. Please also note that there might be other circumstances where a tracking number can't be provided to you. The reason to this is usually dependant on the country you reside in, the shipping service used and warehouse that we ship your item from.
Shipping From Locations
As we have our own workshops located in different parts of the world, we always endeavour to ship from a location that is going to be close to your area / country and choose the best available shipping courier that uses a quicker delivery method. We are also partnered with some of the best companies to bring a wider range of quality products to you.
Therefore, the item(s) listed for purchase may be shipped from our one of our main workshops which is located in China or the U.S. However please refer to the shipping information on the product page of the item you wish to purchase. We will normally state the item location and the estimated shipping times.
In addition, we may ship from one of our other workshops that is a closer location to you to reduce shipping time delays if stock is available. For example, if you're located in the United States, the item you purchase may be shipped from our shop located in the United States if stock is available. If the item isn't available from the item location stated on the product page, we then may ship from another location which may be from a different state or country.
NOTE: If you would like to confirm stock availability from our workshop locations, please email us first prior to placing an order. If you place an order with us without confirming the item location, please understand that you agree with our terms that your item(s) may be shipped from a workshop location situated outside your State or country.
Customs and Import Charges
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
